PARENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Agreement
    By registering as a parent on this platform, you agree to these Terms &
    Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use our platform.
  2. Eligibility
     At least 18 years old.
     Registering for yourself or your child(ren).
     Accurate and up-to-date information.
     Comply with local laws regarding digital purchases and child protection.
  3. Account Responsibility
     Maintain account confidentiality.
     Responsible for all account activity.
  4. Platform Services
     Access educational content created by teachers.
     Book live tutoring sessions.
     Purchase products from third-party vendors.
     Payment processing and digital delivery.
  5. Subscription and Fees
     Fees displayed in AUD; taxes, duties, conversion fees are parent
    responsibility.
     Payments non-refundable except as required by law or stated in Refund
    Policy.
     Payment methods supported by the platform.
  6. Code of Conduct
     Responsible and ethical use.

 Ensure child compliance.
 No harassment or unlawful activity.
 Do not solicit teachers outside the platform.

  1. Intellectual Property
     Platform content owned/licensed by platform.
     No copying, redistribution, or derivative works.
     Teachers retain ownership of original content; platform may display/distribute.
  2. Privacy and Data Protection
     Collect information to provide services, process payments, comply with laws.
     Information may be stored/processed in Australia or other countries; consent
    for cross-border transfer.
     Ensure child information accuracy.
  3. Purchases
     Products are supplied by third-party vendors; platform not liable for vendor
    delays or defects.
     Warranty, replacement, or refund subject to vendor policy.
     Accurate delivery information required.
  4. Suspension and Termination
     Accounts may be suspended/terminated for violations, fraud, or misconduct.
     Parents may terminate at any time via support.
  5. Limitation of Liability
     Platform not liable for indirect/consequential damages.
     Liability limited to fees paid in previous 3 months.
     Does not limit statutory consumer rights.
  6. Governing Law
     NSW, Australia; parents submit to jurisdiction while complying with local laws.
  7. Amendments
     Platform may update Terms with 30 days’ notice; continued use constitutes
    acceptance.
